they are immediately checked into all the roll call areas that the reader belongs to.

Manual Overrides

1. A manual Check out is provided to remove cardholders from the list if they have

already left for the day. The Manual Checkout option is located on the general tab

of the area setup. The drop down list contains all the readers which have been des-

ignated as 'Out' readers.

2. A 'Non-Admin' security feature is included to allow operators without Admin-

istrative status to manually alter the roll call status of any cardholder.

3. Once you have made your selections click on the blue save cassette to save your

information, then exit the manage areas page.

4. To manually checkout a cardholder from an area, simply right-click the cardholder

entry in the area occupancy grid and select 'Check Out'

Roll Call Advanced

Roll Call Advanced is an optional module that offers the ability to create Muster Areas,

add readers to both the 'In' reader and 'Muster' reader lists and to send muster reports to
